For technical matters, providing order number, product details, and photos/videos (if applicable) will help us respond more efficiently.

3. Technical Support

CockpitTurk provides remote technical support for simulator hardware, including:

  • Installation guidance

  • Basic configuration assistance

  • Troubleshooting support

  • Hardware diagnostics guidance

Support is provided via email and, where necessary, scheduled remote sessions.

Custom integration projects may require separate service agreements.

4. Product Information & Pre-Sales Support

Before purchasing, customers may request:

  • Production timelines

  • Shipping estimates

Cockpitturk will provide accurate and transparent information to support informed purchasing decisions.

6. Custom & Professional Projects

For full cockpit builds, commercial training devices, or B2B projects:

  • Project scope must be confirmed in writing

  • Production and delivery schedules are defined contractually

  • Installation and on-site services (if applicable) are subject to separate agreement

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring compatibility with their simulator software and setup

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Following installation and usage guidelines

Improper installation or unauthorized modification may void warranty coverage.

Cockpitturk values customer feedback and continuously works to improve product quality, packaging standards, and support processes.

Privacy & Safety

1. Data Controller

This Privacy & Data Protection Policy is issued by Cockpitturk (“Company”, “we”, “our”).
CockpitTurk acts as the Data Controller for the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including:

  • Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK)

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679)

Cockpitturk is not liable for damages arising from improper installation, unauthorized modification, or misuse.
