Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Production Times
Cockpitturk products may be classified as in-stock items, pre-order products, or custom-built simulator equipment.

In-stock items: shipped within 2–7 business days

Pre-order items: subject to production timelines stated on the product page

Custom-built simulator equipment: shipped according to the confirmed production schedule
All timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production workload, technical revisions, or component availability.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping & Logistics Infrastructure
All shipments are organized through our logistics partner Navlungo.
Depending on destination and cargo type, shipments are handled by international and domestic carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and similar providers via the Navlungo platform.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery destination

Selected shipping method
3. Standard Parcel Shipments
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Turkey: 1–3 business days

Europe: 3–7 business days
-
International: 5–14 business days
Delivery estimates may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or external logistical factors.
4. Heavy Cargo & Simulator Freight Shipping
Large-scale simulator components (including MIP panels, overhead panels, pedestals, and cockpit structures) are shipped via freight transportation rather than standard parcel services.
Freight shipment conditions include:

Industrial-grade palletized packaging

Curbside delivery as standard
-
Indoor delivery and installation are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing

The customer is responsible for arranging appropriate unloading equipment or personnel if required
5. Packaging & Damage Procedure
All simulator equipment is professionally packed using protective materials to minimize transportation risk.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged:

Take photos before opening the package

Request a damage report from the courier

Contact Cockpitturk within 48 hours of delivery
6. International Shipping & Trade Terms
International shipments are conducted under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms unless otherwise specified.
Under DAP terms:

Import duties
-
VAT or local taxes
-
Customs clearance fees
are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cockpitturk is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or local import regulations.
7. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific regions due to:

Safety or technical restrictions
Cockpitturk reserves the right to modify or cancel shipments that cannot be legally or safely delivered.
9. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping charges may apply for returned shipments or re-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. General Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition

All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
-
The product has not been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer
Return requests must be submitted in writing before any product is shipped back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of simulator manufacturing, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-built simulator components
-
Made-to-order cockpit panels and structures
-
Pre-order production batches once manufacturing has started
-
Digitally delivered products or software licenses (if applicable)

Products showing signs of installation, use, or modification
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

The customer received a defective product
-
The wrong item was shipped
-
The product was damaged during transportation (with courier report)
Cockpitturk may request photos, videos, or technical documentation before approving an exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective:

The customer must notify Cockpitturk within 48 hours of delivery

Photos of packaging and damage must be provided
-
A courier damage report may be required
Cockpitturk will arrange repair, replacement, or exchange depending on the situation.
5. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (non-defective items): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

For approved warranty, defect, or shipping damage cases: return shipping may be covered by CockpitTurk
Original shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to CockpitTurk’s error.
6. International Returns
Customers outside Turkey are responsible for:

Export paperwork for returns

Customs clearance procedures

Import/export duties and taxes related to the return shipment
Cockpitturk is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges incurred during returns.
7. Inspection & Refund Process
Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If approved:

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
Cockpitturk reserves the right to apply partial refunds for:

Missing components
-
Packaging damage
-
Signs of use or installation
8. Return Authorization
No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Cockpitturk.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense.​
